You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

It's a perfect treadmill for urban apartment living. Incredibly easy to put away which was important for me when I chose this particular unit.

This looks very beautiful with wooden frame and looks great.It is super easy to setup and start using it.It runs very smooth and quiet and seems to be very well built and sturdy, will last for long time.
It has decent powered motor and can withstand big person like me without any issues.
Now you can do the work and workout both together.

This treadmill is really good. Much better than I expected. It's relatively compact, but my wife and I aren't runners. My wife walks every day, so wanted an option for her daily walks as the weather gets colder, while at the same time not taking up a ton of room. Bingo. This has it all. The speed ranges from a very slow walk to a light jog. The remote is easy to use and includes a wrist strap with an emergency shut off button.

This walking pad is one of the best. It is really good quality and made from very durable materials. Been using it for quite a while now, and it was really stood up to the task. It comes fully assembled and is easy to take out and even easier to use. I especially like the size and how you’re able to put this under anything really, you can use it under a desk or you can use it standalone if you have an open space. at this price, this is a really great value for a great quality item. Highly recommended.

"Simply elegant!", exclaims my better half as we unbox our new treadmill. (And very quiet too, as we'll find out later!) The wood-accented frame with simple Zen-lines is certainly unique and esthetically pleasing.
Plug and play! All we had to do was take it out of the box and plug it in. It comes with a remote, silicone oil, die nut, and batteries for the remote. Plus front wheels, making it easy to move around and stow away.
The treadmill readout shows speed, time spent, distance, calories and steps.
Bluetooth enabled. Connected with our iPhones, even my Kindle. Music /audiobook playback through the built in speaker.
This treadmill is quiet! Perfect for condo or city apartment living.
Overall, an elegant product, perfect for easy walking exercises while multitasking.
