xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Oh man, I have a regular treadmill that goes up to a 12 incline, you know the big ones. But man this walking pad really makes me rather walk inside on this rather than taking a walk outside. I can scroll on TikTok, I can answer emails, watch tv etc all while walking and forgetting about it. This is one of the ONLY work out equipment I’ve bought and actually use.
It’s super convenient for small spaces and folds so easily and can be stood up and put out of sight. I recommend this to anyone who just want to start exercising but is lazy (me) or someone who works at home at a desk.
This was a purchase I don’t regret buying!

Seriously a good buy. Fits in my tiny apartment and pretty darn quiet so I’m able to use it any time of day, very easy to fold and store. Can do a hard core run or just a comfortable stroll in my kitchen. I’m 5’ and 180lbs.

I waited a little over one month because I wanted to give a review based on using the products. What a great purchase. It is exactly as described. Not too heavy, easy to roll around and tuck away when not in use. The walking area allows my my stride. I am 5.5 and it’s perfect. It’s fairly sturdy, and did not require any assembly. Came ready to use out of the box. I am super pleased and use it every morning as I start work. My routine is 70 to 90 minutes and I’ve lubed it once to maintenance. It for snot have an incline setting but it’s not needed for me since I wanted to move while working from home. I’ve also used it at night while watching tv. Great product and the price is reasonable.

I had this treadmill for about two weeks! I love how easy it is to store and to set up in my small apt! I’m 4 ft 10” and this is the perfect size for me! I’m on the 2nd floor and I think the treadmill isn’t too loud. It runs well, I have ran and walked. Overall think this is the perfect treadmill for me, perfect size and price!Pros:- Stores easily- Setup easyCons:- Loud beep sound when turning on the treadmill and while increasing/decreasing the speed (found that if I hold down the + or - that it will increase speed or decrease speed without having me click multiple times)- Doesn’t have a water bottle holder however I have a tall enough chair I place beside the treadmill, easier to snag a drink without having to stop the tread mill.
